Established in Luzerne County on November 17, 1978

Dedicated to assisting Law Enforcement in becoming proficient with investigating crimes against children and those committed by children in Pennsylvania through advanced training programs and information sharing.

Promoting a harmonious working relationship between all agencies faced with the responsibility of caring for children by welcoming non-law enforcement agencies into our training programs.
